Human Resources
Human Resources is a function of the Department of Administrative Services. It provides valuable internal services to the Borough of Conshohocken meant to support and retain its employees, while also promoting a safe, productive and healthy work environment. Human Resources oversees equal employment opportunities, the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates, and all employee affairs. It also manages employee policies and procedures, and all employee benefit programs.
