SEPTA Public Transportation 

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) provides public transportation services for Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. Conshohocken Borough has access to a regional rail system and two bus routes.

Regional Rail Stations 

The SEPTA Regional Rail Manayunk/ Norristown line runs through Conshohocken and travels to/from Center City Philadelphia. Below are the two regional rail stations accessible to residents of Conshohocken Borough. You can also view the Manayunk/Norristown Line schedule and map.

Bus Routes  

There are two SEPTA bus routes that run through Conshohocken. They include Route 95 (Willow Grove to Gulph Mills) and Route 97 (Norristown Transportation Center to Chestnut Hill). View each route's scheduled and map below. 

Senior Citizen Shared-Ride Reimbursement Program

The Borough of Conshohocken offers reimbursement to senior residents that utilize the TransNet Shared-Ride Program. The Borough’s reimbursement program is meant to further assist in reducing costs of transportation for seniors. 

How do I apply for the Borough’s Senior Citizen Shared-Ride Reimbursement Program? 

  • First register with TransNet through their Shared Ride Program
  • Complete a Borough Senior Citizen Shared-Ride Reimbursement Program form. 
  • Provide proof of residence within the Borough with your form
  • Provide proof of age (i.e., driver’s license, Medicare card, etc.) with your form. Must be 65 years or older 

After your application has been processed and approved by the Borough you must submit areimbursement sheet. Reimbursement sheets must be submitted on a month basis only to the Borough, and must include attached driver receipts. 

Suburban Transit Network (TransNet)

Shared-Ride Program

The Shared-Ride Program is a reduced fare transportation service offered to Montgomery County residents who are age 65 or older. Rides are provided in sedans or vans operated by local transportation companies. You may request pick-up and drop-off at locations of your choice. Reduced fares are available to riders who are willing to share their trip with other passengers. Persons 65 years of age or older are entitled to receive these trips and pay 15% of the fare. Funds from the Pennsylvania State Lottery pay 85% of the fare through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. 

In order to utilize the Share-Ride Program you must first register and receive your personalized I.D. card. To register, you must complete an application. Applications can be found online here and are also available at Borough Hall, 400 Fayette Street, Suite 200, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Completed applications and proof of age should be mailed to:
