Conshohocken Borough received bids for the Sutcliffe Park Trail Reconstruction and Stormwater BMPs Project on April 30, 2024. A total of five (5) bids were received; however, one bid was determined to be non-responsive. Meco Constructors, Inc. was determined to be the lowest responsive bidder. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached.
At their meeting on May 15, 2024, Borough Council approved the intent to award the above-referenced project to Meco Constructors, Inc., conditioned upon the issuance of a written contractor responsibility determination in accordance with the Borough of Conshohocken’s Responsible Contractors Ordinance (RCO).
