SEPTA and PennDot to conduct traffic light testing on Oct. 27

SEPTA and PennDOT will conduct traffic light testing at the intersection of Fayette Street and Elm Street on Thursday, Oct. 27 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. There will be significant delays in the area. The traffic lights will be flashing during this time, and flaggers will be in the intersection assisting with traffic control.
