Chemical spraying to help decrease and control the mosquito population will take place in the following Borough parks on Wednesday, August 21, weather permitting:
- Sutcliffe Park
- Aubrey Collins Memorial Park
- 2nd Avenue Meadow
- Haines and Salvati Memorial Park
Treated areas should be avoided for at least two (2) hours, especially when the exterminator is on site, to allow chemicals time to dry.
Chemical Exterminating Co, Inc. will perform the mosquito treatments and use the EPA-registered chemical Czymic. Please direct all questions regarding chemical ingredients to Chemical Exterminating Co, Inc. at 610-828-2059.
