Notice Regarding Submission of Remedial Investigation Report/Cleanup Plan for the Public Safety Services Facility site

Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Conshohocken has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) a Remedial Investigation Report / Cleanup Plan on approximately December 19, 2025 for the former EF Moore Chevrolet property located at 1109-1119 Fayette Street, Conshohocken Borough and 1201 Butler Pike, Whitemarsh Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The Borough of Conshohocken has selected the Nonresidential Site-Specific standards established in the PA Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.

This notice is made under the provision of the PA Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
